Updating Personal Information in Skyward Family Access
This guide is to show you how to update your personal information (email, phone, address and emergency contacts) in Skyward Family Access. If you are updating an address you will need to provide a current proof of residence with the new address before it is approved at the campus level.
- Log in to your Skyward Family Access account
- From the menu on the left click on ‘Student Info’
- Then click on ‘Request Changes For’
- You will see a drop-down menu for the options available to you.
- To update phone number and/or email select ‘Family Information’
